Common use of Annual Renewal of Schedule Clause in Contracts

Annual Renewal of Schedule. (a) Before the end of each Contract Year, the Access Holder may renew the term of this Schedule by giving written notice to ARTC that the term of the Schedule will be extended for the year which is 10 years in advance of the year in which the renewal is submitted (Renewal Year). The Access Holder may only give one Renewal Notice under this Schedule in a Contract Year.
