Annual Quantity. (a) Subject to the terms and conditions hereof, including Section 2.04, the quantity of Concentrates which the Seller shall deliver and sell to the Buyer, and the Buyer shall receive and purchase from the Seller, in each Contract Year shall be equal to the Base Amount for that Contract Year, determined pursuant to Section 2.02, plus, for each of the third and fourth Contract Years, the amounts in respect of which the Seller duly exercises any of its Quantity Options for that Contract Year under Section 2.03.
