Annual Quantity. In this Agreement for purposes of calculating the volume of product in a calendar year or any other period specified in this Agreement, references to "Products shipped and delivered" or "Products purchased" shall include Products ordered in conformity with the provisions of this Agreement for delivery within that calendar year, whether or not delivered, unless non-delivery is a result of the actions of Client.
Annual Quantity. An amount equal to 39,680,000 MMBtu per contract year.4 4 This SPA includes the right to take initial Bridging Volumes of 19,840,000 MMBtus.

Annual Quantity. (a) In accordance with this Agreement, Seller shall sell and deliver, and Buyer shall accept and purchase, Buyer's requirements for Coal used in the coke ovens at the Plants during the term of this Agreement.
