Annual Open Enrollment Effective Dates. The Effective Date for an eligible individual who timely enrolls during an Annual Open Enrollment Period is based on the date during the Annual Open Enrollment Period that the eligible individual enrolled. The Effective Date shall be the date established in 45 CFR §155.410(f), or the date established by the Exchange.
