Annual Maintenance. All Products covered by this Contract require annual maintenance performed by an authorized service technician and as specified by the manufacturer. You may be required to submit proof of annual maintenance in the event of a claim. Lack of annual maintenance or failure to provide proof of annual maintenance may result in denial of payment for claims under Your Contract. You will be responsible for payment of denied claims due to the lack of annual maintenance or failure to provide proof of annual maintenance.

In case the bidder feels that the product/ equipment or its related accessories cannot be repaired at Location/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation, they will carry the faulty product/ equipment or its related accessories,get it repair and deliver itpromptly at their own cost at the Location/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation. a) The issues/ maintenance that can be carried out at the Location/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation that will be come under Minor issues, or else it will treated as Major issue. b) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for carrying and replacing faulty product/ equipment or its related accessories shall be borne by the selected bidder. c) In case of non-operational of any equipment/ product, no payment shall be given towards operation & maintenance services. d) If the faulty product/ equipment is in warranty, then the bidder is responsible to get it replaced from OEM without anyadditional financial impact to RISL/ DoIT&C.
