Common use of Annual Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Annual Maintenance. i. The selected bidder shall be responsible to keep all the installed products/ equipment(s)/ systems in good working condition for the duration of agreement term (i.e. five years, including two years of warranty and necessary support) which may be extended (if found satisfactory) on the mutual consent with the selected bidder. Rate Contract for Setting up of IT Fun City (Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery) at Jaipur ii. The selected bidder should made all necessary arrangements to promptly repair/replace faulty material/ part of the equipment/ device and related accessories without any additional financial impact to DoIT&C/ RISL. iii. The selected bidder would be required to maintain a „log‟ register to maintain the records of the maintenance work done and down time of the product/ equipment and its related accessories. iv. The selected bidder shall ensure that all the products/ equipment/ device and its related accessories installed in the Interactive Digital Amusement Gallery at Jaipur should be operational for 7 days a week. v. The comprehensive maintenance shall be carried out primarily at theLocation/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation. In case the bidder feels that the product/ equipment or its related accessories cannot be repaired at Location/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation, they will carry the faulty product/ equipment or its related accessories,get it repair and deliver itpromptly at their own cost at the Location/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation. a) The issues/ maintenance that can be carried out at the Location/premises of the stake holder/ place of installation that will be come under Minor issues, or else it will treated as Major issue. b) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for carrying and replacing faulty product/ equipment or its related accessories shall be borne by the selected bidder. c) In case of non-operational of any equipment/ product, no payment shall be given towards operation & maintenance services. d) If the faulty product/ equipment is in warranty, then the bidder is responsible to get it replaced from OEM without anyadditional financial impact to RISL/ DoIT&C.
