Annual and Sick Leave. Employees who are granted military leaves for active duty may be paid for annual leave, or may have annual leave frozen. ▇▇▇▇ leave earned and not used at the time of entry into the Armed Forces will be available to employees upon return to work. Employees shall not earn annual or sick leave while on military leave without pay.
