Common use of Anniversary Clause in Contracts

Anniversary. Each anniversary of the Automatic Deferral Effective Date. i. Other: (Must be a specified or definitely determinable date that occurs at least annually, such as the anniversary of the Participant’s hire date or Reemployment Commencement Date, as applicable, subject to the Vendor’s operational capabilities.)
