Dist. Sub-Registrar, Siliguri, became the sole, absolute and exclusive owner of all that piece or parcel of land measuring 27 Kathas 8 Chattaks forming part of R.S. Plot No.259 recorded in R.S. Khatian No.433, situated within R.S. Mouza - Siliguri, R.S. J.L. No.110, Pargana - Baikunthapur, P.S.- Pradhan Nagar, District - Darjeeling, having permanent, heritable and transferable right, title and interest therein and the said land was subsequently recorded in its name in the Record of Rights in L.R. Khatian No.3349 comprising of L.R. Plot No.288, situated within L.R. Mouza - Siliguri Uttar Paschim, L.R. J.L. No.89, Pargana - Baikunthapur, District - Darjeeling.

  • Miscellaneous The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that continued participation in TIPS is subject to TIPS sole discretion and that any Vendor may be removed from the participation in the Program at any time with or without cause. Nothing in the Agreement or in any other communication between TIPS and the Vendor may be construed as a guarantee that TIPS or TIPS Members will submit any orders at any time. TIPS reserves the right to request additional proposals for items or services already on Agreement at any time.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. Experience: A minimum of 3 years of IT work experience in supporting desktop software and hardware products and problem solving/troubleshooting.

  • Termination This Agreement may be terminated at any time prior to the Closing:
