Initial Provisions Article 1

Use of Attachment Facilities by Third Parties Purpose of Attachment Facilities. CONTRACTUAL PROVISIONS ATTACHMENT Important: This form contains mandatory contract provisions and must be attached to or incorporated in all copies of any contractual agreement.
