An evaluator. s working file may have prior evaluations and performance related materials for two (2) years. Administrators will review working files and remove derogatory content that is more than two (2) years old and for which there has been no recurrence. If an employee leaves the District, the working file will be destroyed. If an administrator leaves the building and/or District, working files will be destroyed except the prior two years of evaluations.
