Common use of Amount of Award Clause in Contracts

Amount of Award. The amount distributable to the Participant under the Agreement shall be determined in accordance with the following schedule applied to the Performance Period with extrapolation between amounts. At the end of the three-year cycle, each year is calculated separately by comparing each year’s achievement against the Performance Measures.
