Amount for Principal and/or Interest. The Issuer shall, not later than 1:00 pm (London time) on the date on which any payment of principal, premium (if any) and/or interest in respect of any of the Notes becomes due and payable in accordance with the Conditions, transfer to an account specified by the Principal Paying Agent such amount of euros as shall be sufficient for the purposes of such payment of principal, premium (if any) and/or interest in respect of the Notes in immediately available funds or in such funds and at such times, on the relevant due date (and, if such day is not a business day, the next business day), as may be determined by the Principal Paying Agent to be customary for the settlement of similar transactions.

  • Principal and Interest This Note will bear interest in the same manner as set forth in Section 3(a) above, and payments of principal and interest shall be made as set forth on the face hereof. A fee may be charged by the Indenture Trustee to a Noteholder of Definitive Notes for any payment made by wire transfer. Any installment of interest or principal not punctually paid or duly provided for shall be payable as soon as funds are available to the Indenture Trustee for payment thereof, or if Section 5.07 applies, pursuant to Section 5.07.

  • Determination of Monthly Principal The amount of monthly principal to be transferred from the Principal Account with respect to the Notes on each Transfer Date (the “Monthly Principal”), beginning with the Transfer Date in the month following the month in which the Controlled Accumulation Period or, if earlier, the Early Amortization Period, begins, shall be equal to the least of (i) the Available Principal Collections on deposit in the Principal Account with respect to such Transfer Date, (ii) for each Transfer Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, the Controlled Deposit Amount for such Transfer Date, (iii) the Collateral Amount (after taking into account any adjustments to be made on such Distribution Date pursuant to Sections 4.5 and 4.6) prior to any deposit into the Principal Accumulation Account on such Transfer Date, and (iv) the Note Principal Balance, minus any amount already on deposit in the Principal Accumulation Account on such Transfer Date.

  • Principal and Interest Account (a) The Servicer shall establish and maintain at one or more Designated Depository Institutions the Principal and Interest Account, which shall be an Eligible Account. The Principal and Interest Account shall be identified on the records of the Designated Depository Institution as follows: JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Trustee on behalf of the Owners of the Centex Home Equity Loan Trust [2006-__] Home Equity Loan Asset-Backed Certificates. If the institution at any time holding the Principal and Interest Account ceases to be eligible as a Designated Depository Institution hereunder, then the Servicer shall immediately be required to name a successor institution meeting the requirements for a Designated Depository Institution hereunder. If the Servicer fails to name such a successor institution, then the Principal and Interest Account shall thenceforth be held as a trust account at the Corporate Trust Office of the Trustee. The Servicer shall notify the Trustee and the Owners if there is a change in the name, account number or institution holding the Principal and Interest Account. Subject to Subsection (c) below, the Servicer shall deposit all receipts required pursuant to Subsection (c) below and related to the Home Equity Loans to the Principal and Interest Account on a daily basis (but no later than the second Business Day after receipt).
