American Manufactured Goods Required for Public Works. 20.1 The Contractor shall comply with Section 14- 416 of the Maryland State Finance and Procurement Article which requires a contractor or subcontractor to use or supply American Manufactured goods in the performance of a contract for (a) constructing or maintaining a public work; or (b) buying or manufacturing machinery or equipment that is to be installed at a public work site, as the same may be amended from time to time.
