Common use of Amendments and Future Invalidity Clause in Contracts

Amendments and Future Invalidity. This Operating Agreement may only be amended in writing signed by AAR; provided, however, that if any provision of this Operating Agreement is prohibited or ineffective under the Georgia Act, the Operating Agreement will be deemed amended to the smallest degree possible necessary to make the Operating Agreement effective under the Georgia Act. If the Georgia Act is subsequently amended or interpreted in such a way as to make valid any provision of the Operating Agreement that was formerly prohibited or ineffective, then such original provision will be considered to be valid from the effective date of such interpretation or amendment.
