Amendment Without Shareholder Approval. Notwithstanding Section 10.3, seventy-five percent (75%) of the Trustees then in office may amend this Declaration without the vote or consent of Shareholders to conform this Declaration to applicable laws, rulings or regulations; provided that the Trustees shall in no event be liable for failing to so amend the Declaration. The Trustees shall cause notice of any such amendment to be mailed to Shareholders within 30 days following such amendment.
