Amendment to Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement. Effective as of the date of execution of this Amendment, Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended and restated to read in its entirety as follows:
Amendment to Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement. A new Section 3.2.4 is hereby added to the Loan Agreement to read as follows:
Amendment to Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement. Section 3.2 of the Loan Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following sentence to the end of such Section to read as follows: “Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, Bank’s obligation to make any Credit Extension (other than the initial Credit Extension made on the Closing Date) shall be subject to Bank’s sole discretion.”
