Amendment to Section 3.03 of the Credit Agreement. The first sentence of Section 3.03(b) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: “Commencing as of the First Amendment Effective Date, in addition to the foregoing commission, the Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for the account of the Issuing Lender, a fronting fee with respect to each Letter of Credit issued on or after the First Amendment Effective Date in the amount and calculated in the manner set forth in the First Amendment Fee Letter (the “Fronting Fee”).”
