Common use of Amendment to Partnership Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendment to Partnership Agreement. Pursuant to Section 14.1.B(3) of the Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, as general partner of the Partnership and as attorney-in-fact for its Limited Partners, hereby amends the Partnership Agreement as follows:

Amendment to Partnership Agreement. Pursuant to Section 14.1.B(3) Article 12 of the Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, as general partner of the Partnership and as attorney-in-fact for its Limited Partners, hereby amends the Partnership Agreement to set forth the rights, powers, privileges, restrictions, qualifications, and limitations of the Preferred Units, as follows:specified in Exhibit I hereto.

Amendment to Partnership Agreement. Pursuant to Section 14.1.B(3) 14.1.B of the Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, as general partner of the Partnership and as attorney-in-fact for its Limited Partners, hereby amends the Partnership Agreement as follows:by deleting Exhibit A thereto in its entirety and replacing it with the Exhibit A attached hereto.

Amendment to Partnership Agreement. Pursuant to Section 14.1.B(3) Sections 11.4 C and 14.1 B of the Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, as general partner of the Partnership and as attorney-in-fact for all its Limited Partners, hereby executes this instrument on their behalves and amends the Partnership Agreement as follows:by deleting Exhibit A thereto in its entirety and replacing it with the Exhibit A attached hereto.

Pursuant to Section 14.1.B(3Sections 2.4 and 7.3D(ii) of the Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, as general partner Partner of the Partnership Partnership, on its own behalf and as attorney-in-fact for its Limited Partners, hereby amends the Partnership Agreement as follows:

Amendment to Partnership Agreement. Pursuant to Section 14.1.B(3) 12.3 of the Partnership Agreement, the General Partner, as general partner of the Partnership and as attorney-in-fact for its Limited Partners, hereby amends Exhibit A of the Partnership Agreement to reflect the admission of each of the Contributors as follows:an Additional Limited Partner as provided in Section 1 of this Agreement.
