Amendment of Benefit Coverage. The Committee will be consulted on all proposed changes to the content and coverages offered under the applicable group benefit plan. Such changes will not be made without agreement of the majority of the Committee. The Committee, upon reaching a majority position, will forward its recommendation to the HANS Board of Directors for implementation.
