Common use of Amended Documents Clause in Contracts

Amended Documents. The inclusion in this Agreement and the other Loan Instruments of supplements, modifications, amendments, restatements, replacements and the like in the definitions of Material Document, Organizational Document, ESOP Related Documents, Stock Purchase Documents, or other term for any instrument, agreement or document (other than a Loan Instrument) or group thereof shall not, and shall not be deemed or construed to, (a) limit or otherwise modify or affect any term or provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Instrument requiring notice to or the consent of the specified parties thereunder to any supplement, modification, amendment, restatement or replacement of any such item, or (b) be permission for or acceptance of any of the foregoing by the parties required under any such term or provision.
