Madison Pacific. Trust Limited whose principal place of business is situated at 1720, 17th Floor, Tower One, Admiralty Centre, ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ (the "Security Trustee", which expression includes, where the context admits, all Persons for the time being the security trustee or security trustees of this Trust Deed).
Madison Pacific. TRUST LIMITED as security trustee (the “Security Trustee”); and
Madison Pacific. Trust Limited, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Hong Kong, whose registered address is 54F Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen’s Road, East, Wanchai, Hong Kong as Security Agent for and on behalf of the Lender (the “Security Agent”).
