Amended Documents. Except where the contrary is indicated, any reference in this Agreement to this Agreement, the Arrangement Fee Letter or any other agreement or document shall be construed as a reference to this Agreement, the Arrangement Fee Letter or, as the case may be, such other agreement or document as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended, varied, novated or supplemented.
Amended Documents. Save where the contrary is indicated, any reference in this Trust Deed to any other agreement or document shall be construed as a reference to such other agreement or document as the same may have been, or may from time to time be, amended, varied, novated or supplemented.

Amended Documents. Administrative Agent must have received such amended and/or amended and restated Loan Documents from Borrowers as Administrative Agent has determined (in its reasonable judgment) are necessary or appropriate to reflect the increased amount of the Term Loan Commitment.
Amended Documents. The inclusion in this Agreement and the other Loan Instruments of supplements, modifications, amendments, restatements, replacements and the like in the definitions of Material Document, Organizational Document, ESOP Related Documents, Stock Purchase Documents, or other term for any instrument, agreement or document (other than a Loan Instrument) or group thereof shall not, and shall not be deemed or construed to, (a) limit or otherwise modify or affect any term or provision of this Agreement or any other Loan Instrument requiring notice to or the consent of the specified parties thereunder to any supplement, modification, amendment, restatement or replacement of any such item, or (b) be permission for or acceptance of any of the foregoing by the parties required under any such term or provision.
Amended Documents. The Company shall have delivered to Vicis: (i) the Prior Purchase Agreement Amendment in the form of Exhibit I attached hereto; (ii) the Registration Rights Agreement Amendment in the form of Exhibit J attached hereto; (iii) the Amended Vicis Note in the form of Exhibit E attached hereto; (iv) the Amended Series A Warrant in the form of Exhibit F attached hereto; and (v) the Amended Series B Warrant in the form of Exhibit G attached hereto.
Amended Documents. Any amendment shall have priority over the document it amends, and any amended document shall have the same precedence classification as stated in Section 18.1.
Amended Documents. Wherever in any Financing Document, or in any certificate or opinion to be delivered in connection therewith, reference is made to the Letter Agreement, to the Security Agreement, to the Pledge and/or to the Ohio Mortgage, from and after the date hereof same will be deemed to refer to the relevant Financing Document as amended or otherwise affected hereby.
Amended Documents. All references in any Program Document to the Purchase Agreement on and after the date hereof shall be deemed to refer to the Purchase Agreement as amended hereby, and the parties hereto agree that on and after the date hereof, the Purchase Agreement, as amended hereby, is in full force and effect.
