Common use of Ameliorative Allocations Clause in Contracts

Ameliorative Allocations. Any special allocations of income or gain pursuant to Section 5.2(b)(i) through Section 5.2(b)(vi) hereof (the “Regulatory Allocations”) shall be taken into account in computing subsequent allocations of items of income, gain, loss and deduction among the Partners, so that the net amount of any items so allocated and all other items allocated to each Partner shall, to the extent possible, be equal to the net amount that would have been allocated to each Partner if the Regulatory Regulations had not occurred.
