ALUMINUM FRAMES. The frames of the façade will be in aluminum Line 25, 2 mm thick with finishing in electrostatic painting in the color defined in plan. Counter-marks will be used in the lower and lateral sides of the span and in the upper part of the span expansion joints will be made horizontally with profiles of 40x30mm with 4 neoprene gaskets. Reversible articulated arms for cleaning and closures of the FERMAX or PROMEL brand will be used in the Maxim-air frames. Epdm and or neoprene gaskets will be used to fix and seal the glasses, and a neutral silicone seal will be applied to the gaskets.

Epdm and or neoprene gaskets shall be used to fix and seal the glasses, and a neutral silicone seal will be applied to the gaskets. Doors with core in reforested wood, which should have FSC certificate, ready to receive water-based enamel paint, fast dry, semi-matte in white, ▇▇▇▇ brand hardware or similar robust standard. Wood products require INVOICE WITH THE COC (CUSTODY CHAIN) NUMBER.
ALUMINUM FRAMES. All rust-free aluminum frame finishes are electrostatic powder coated and designed to require minimum care. Regular maintenance will extend its life and keep it looking beautiful. We recommend regular cleaning with MILD soap like ▇▇▇▇ dish detergent and water. For saltwater environments, please engage in this process on a weekly to bi-weekly basis to avoid salt build-up which will lead to corrosion. Frames should not be used in standing water or submerged in water for any reason. Frames should be stored in an upright position to allow moisture to drain. Aluminum frames may crack and or separate if water accumulates and freezes inside the frames. Inspect the nylon glides on the bottom of the legs regularly and replace them to protect the frame and the resting surface.
