Hall. All of these residents must sign a Quiet Suite Agreement. All members of a designated quiet suite will work together at the beginning of the year to establish optional, additional quiet hour policies for their suite. A recreation room is located in the basement of each residence hall for the relaxation of students. Each has a television and comfortable sofas. There is also a conventional oven and vending machines. Food and drinks are permitted in this area. Students should remove all dishes and trash upon leaving. Recreation rooms may not be reserved by any group or organization without special permission from the hall director, director of housing/assistant vice president for student life, or the vice president for student life. These rooms should be available for the use of all residents at all times. Recycling containers can be found in various locations on campus. Some student organizations sponsor recycling and will provide information to residents about practices for depositing recyclables.
Hall a) The Hall may refuse or cancel a confirmed booking at any time if there is a force majeure, or any other event, which in the reasonable opinion of the Hall Management, causes the Hall to be unsafe or inappropriate to hold the function. For example: fire, unsafe premises,
b) The Hall shall not be liable for any loss or damage to the Hirer or any third party in consequence of the exercise of the rights referred to in clause 4.2(a).
c) In the event of cancellation of a Confirmed Booking by the Hall, the Hall will refund the Deposit to the Hirer if, in the Halls reasonable opinion, the Hirer is not in any way responsible for the cancellation.

Hall. Subject to the detailed provisions of the salary schedules for all employees covered by this Agreement, the hours of work shall be 8: a.m. to with one (I) hour for lunch, excluding janitorial and caretaking staff. The hours of work for janitorial and caretaking staff shall be to midnight, Monday to Friday. Public Works (Parks Branch) and Asset Management (Building and Maintenance Branch, and Design Branch, and Administration Branch of Building Operations and Maintenance being the former Civic Buildings and Grounds Department. The normal hours of work for employees shall be eight (8) hours per day, five (5) days per week, days off to be consecutive. a.m. to noon and to except office staff.) From the first Monday following May to the Friday prior to October of each year, the normal daily hours of work (other than office staff and two (2) cemetery employees) shall be from a.m. to noon and from to two (2) cemetery employees referred to above will commence and cease work one hour later than their regular shift as and when required. One day’s notice of change of hours to be given when notified that of funerals require such adjustment.
Hall. Hall hereby agrees to devote to the employment ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇er such ▇▇▇ber of hours as such efforts and endeavors as the Bank shall deem to be necessary to discharge his duties hereunder, and, for so long as employment hereunder shall exist, Hall shall not engage in any other occupation which requires any significant amount of Hall's personal attention during the Bank's regular business hours or which otherwise interferes with Hall's attention to or performance of his duties and responsibilities as an officer of the Bank hereunder except with the prior written consent of the Bank. However, nothing herein contained shall restrict or prevent Hall from personally, and for Hall's own account, trading in stocks, bonds, securities, real estate or other forms of investment for Hall's own benefit so long as said activities do not interfere with Hall's attention to or performance of his duties and responsibilities as an officer of the Bank hereunder.
Hall. The Halls used must be cleaned, cleared with any food spills or drinks cleaned and all rubbish cleared and put in bin bags.
