Hall. All of these residents must sign a Quiet Suite Agreement. All members of a designated quiet suite will work together at the beginning of the year to establish optional, additional quiet hour policies for their suite. RECREATION ROOMS A recreation room is located in the basement of each residence hall for the relaxation of students. Each has a television and comfortable sofas. There is also a conventional oven and vending machines. Food and drinks are permitted in this area. Students should remove all dishes and trash upon leaving. Recreation rooms may not be reserved by any group or organization without special permission from the hall director, director of housing/assistant vice president for student life, or the vice president for student life. These rooms should be available for the use of all residents at all times. RECYCLING Recycling containers can be found in various locations on campus. Some student organizations sponsor recycling and will provide information to residents about practices for depositing recyclables.

Hall. Subject to the detailed provisions of the salary schedules for all employees covered by this Agreement, the hours of work shall be 8: a.m. to with one (I) hour for lunch, excluding janitorial and caretaking staff. Hall. Each relief cashier shall receive a pro-rated credit relative to the time worked based on the one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) credit. Any balance remaining to an individual’s credit shall be paid at the end of each calendar year. Police In the traffic section only: Two (2) permanent cashiers receive fifty dollars ($50.00) per annum each. Two (2) relief cashiers receive fifty dollars ($50.00) per annum split between them. From the funds outlined above, losses over one dollar ($1.00) are be charged. Any balance remaining in each of these funds to be paid to the cashier concerned at the end of each calendar year. Staff changes amongst cashiers to be reflected on a proration of the foregoing payments.
Hall. Pass Every student must display a hall pass when out of class during scheduled class time. Students without a hall pass will be cited for unexcused absence and will be assigned detention. ID Cards Students receive a free school ID card with picture. Student must have ID card with them at all times. Students are required to display student ID card when boarding school bus, when on school grounds, when purchasing lunch and when participating in student activities. This is mandatory for all NMCUSD students.
