Common use of Alternative Work Clause in Contracts

Alternative Work. An ARTIST who is physically unable to perform their regular ARTIST Activities shall, at their request, be provided with alternative duties consistent with the ARTIST’s medical restrictions, to the extent required by and in accordance with the applicable state and federal law.
