Common use of Alternative Scheduling Clause in Contracts

Alternative Scheduling. Each Unit Based Nurse Practice Committee shall have the opportunity once each calendar year to develop, by consensus of the employees on the unit and the manager, creative methods of vacation scheduling as an alternative to Sections 13.4 – 13.6. Units that exercise this option will bring their vacation process alternative to the AURN/Management Cooperative Committee for discussion and review.
