Alternative Measures. If the return or destruction of PHI is not feasible upon termination of the BAA, then Cognito Forms agrees that it shall extend its obligations under this BAA to protect the PHI and limit the use or disclosure of PHI to those purposes that make the return or destruction of PHI infeasible.
