Qdrant’s Liability. Qdrant shall impose privacy, confidentiality and data security obligations on any sub-processor that are at least as stringent as those set forth in the present CDPA. Where a sub-processor fails to fulfil its data protection obligations with respect to the processing of personal data, Qdrant shall remain fully liable to the Customer for the performance of that sub-processor’s obligations.
