Alteration to Change Order Language. D R A F T Developer shall not alter Change Orders or reserve time in Change Orders. Change Orders altered in violation of this provision, if in conflict with the terms set forth herein, shall be construed in accordance with the terms set forth herein. Developer shall execute finalized Change Orders and proceed under the provisions herein with proper notice.
