ALLOWANCE FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE WORK. 11.01 An employee who reports for work at his regularly scheduled time and who has not been notified by the Company not to report, shall receive not less than one half his regular shifts work at his regular straight time hourly rate, or pay in lieu thereof at the discretion of the Company.
