ALLOWANCE FOR FAILURE TO PROVIDE WORK. An employee who reports for duty at the beginning of his normal day, shift or tour, and finds his work schedule has been changed and reasonable effort has not been made to notify him shall, if possible, be given an opportunity to do other work for four (4) hours or more and the employee will be expected to accept such work. However, if four (4) hours or more is not available, two (2) hours straight time shall be paid.
