ALLOWANCE FOR EXPERIENCE. 19:01 In calculating experience, periods of four (4) or more successive complete teaching months shall be added together. The resulting number of months divided by ten (10) shall be calculated as years of experience. A remainder of six (6) or more months shall be calculated as one (1) year of experience. The experience for any assignment which is less than full-time shall be prorated accordingly.
