Duration 27. 01 This Agreement shall continue in effect until 30 June 2021, and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement. 27.02 Notice that amendments are required or that either party desire to terminate this Agreement may only be given within a period of ninety days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or, if applicable, to any subsequent anniversary of such expiration date. 27.03 If notice of amendment or termination is given by either party, the other party agrees to meet for the purpose of negotiation within thirty days after the giving of notice, if requested to do so. présentée par l’une ou l’autre des Parties au cours de la médiation ne sont admissibles dans le cas où la cause est menée à l’arbitrage.   • Duration 23.01 This Agreement shall continue in effect until June 30, 2021 and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the agreement.

  • Duration of normal Interest Periods Subject to Clauses 6.3 and 6.4, each Interest Period shall be:

  • Duration of the processing of personal data Processing by the processor shall only take place for the duration specified in Annex II.

  • Interest Period Commencing on the first (1st) Payment Date of the month following the month in which the Funding Date of the applicable Term Loan Advance occurs, and continuing on each Payment Date thereafter, Borrower shall make monthly payments of interest on the principal amount of each Term Loan Advance at the rate set forth in Section 2.2(a).

  • Agreement Duration The term of the Agreement shall begin and end on the dates indicated in the Standard Grant Agreement, unless extended or terminated earlier in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions. The Grantee shall be eligible for reimbursement for work performed on or after the date of execution through the expiration date of this Agreement, unless otherwise specified in Attachment 2, Special Terms and Conditions. However, work performed prior to the execution of this Agreement may be reimbursable or used for match purposes if permitted by the Special Terms and Conditions.

  • Number of Interest Periods There may be no more than 6 different Interest Periods for LIBOR Loans outstanding at the same time.

  • Rest Period An employee who works overtime shall have at least a ten hour rest period between the end of ordinary hours on any one day and start of ordinary hours on the next day. If on the instructions of the employer, the employee resumes or continues work without having had 10 consecutive hours off duty, the employee shall be paid double time until he or she is released from duty for ten hour rest period. The employee shall then be entitled to be absent without loss of pay for ordinary working hours occurring during the ten hour rest period. In the case of shift workers, eight hours shall be substituted for ten hours when overtime is worked:

  • DURATION OF AGREEMENT All agreements and obligations of the Company contained herein shall continue during the period Indemnitee serves as a director or officer of the Company or as a director, officer, trustee, partner, manager, managing member, fiduciary, employee or agent of any other corporation, partnership, joint venture, trust, employee benefit plan or other Enterprise which Indemnitee serves at the request of the Company and shall continue thereafter so long as Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding (including any rights of appeal thereto and any Proceeding commenced by Indemnitee pursuant to Section 14 of this Agreement) by reason of Indemnitee’s Corporate Status, whether or not Indemnitee is acting in any such capacity at the time any liability or expense is incurred for which indemnification or advancement can be provided under this Agreement.

  • Paid Rest Periods All Employees shall be given a paid rest period of fifteen (15) minutes in the first and second half of their daily shift in an area made available by the Employer. If mutually agreed to between the parties, the two (2) rest periods shall be combined.
