DURATION 27. 01 This Agreement shall continue in effect until 30 June 2018, and shall remain in effect from year to year thereafter unless either party gives the other party written notice of termination or desire to amend the Agreement. 27.02 Notice that amendments are required or that either party desire to terminate this Agreement may only be given within a period of ninety days prior to the expiration date of this Agreement or, if applicable, to any subsequent anniversary of such expiration date.
