Allowance Amount. An employee in one (1) of the above classifications, who is required to work ten (10) consecutive hours or more for those on a five/eight (5/8) schedule or twelve (12) consecutive hours or more for those on a four/ten (4/10) schedule and when, because of such extra work, is not permitted by the supervisor to return to his/her residence for a meal, shall receive a meal allowance of twelve dollars ($12.00). This provision shall not apply to any employee on an assignment where any form of travel expense is being allowed.

Allowance Amount. Total Allowance Amount The District shall have sole discretion to authorize all expenditures from the Allowances. The District shall process expenditures from the Allowances in the form of an Allowance Expenditure Directive (“AED”). The Allowances are included in the Guaranteed Maximum Price. Any unused Allowance or unused portion thereof shall be deducted from the Cost of the Work pursuant to Exhibit D to this Facilities Lease to the benefit of the District.

Allowance Amount. Landlord agrees to provide Tenant with an allowance equal to the lesser of the Tenant's Cost or Three Hundred Six Thousand Six Hundred Seventy Five Dollars ($306,675.00) (the lesser of which shall hereinafter be referred to as the "Tenant Allowance").
