Common use of Allowable Costs Clause in Contracts

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 17 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 18 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May 21 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202015, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 25 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 26 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 27 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 28 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 1 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 2 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 22 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 23 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 21 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 22 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 23 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 24 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 25 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 26 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 27 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 25 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 26 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 27 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 28 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 1 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 2 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 3 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 23 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 24 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 25 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 26 or as approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 27 pay CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 28 CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 2017 2014, June 2015 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of 1 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 4 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 5 of such anticipated expenditure.

During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 26 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 27 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 28 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 1 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 2 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 3 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 12 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 13 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 14 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 48 CFR Section 31.2 or as 15 approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay 16 CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR 17 for the 27 months of May and June in 2015 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 3 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 4 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 5 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 6 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 7 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 8 2014, June 2015 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated 9 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 2 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 3 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 4 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-87 or as approved by 25 5 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2014 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 20 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 21 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 22 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 23 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 24 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 25 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 26 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 19 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 20 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 21 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 22 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 202023 2015, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 15 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 16 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 17 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 18 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 19 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 20 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 27 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 4 2015, June 2016 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated 5 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 2 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 3 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 4 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 20 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 21 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 22 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-87 or as approved by 25 23 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 24 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 25 2012 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202013, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 22 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR monthly 23 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 24 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR for 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 27 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 28 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 25 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 20 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 28 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 1 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 2 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 3 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 4 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 5 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 6 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 10 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 11 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 12 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 25 13 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 14 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 15 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 20 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 21 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 23 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 24 2016, June 2017 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated 25 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 15 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 25 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 20 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 12 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 13 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 14 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 15 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 16 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 19 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 20 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 21 or as approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 22 pay CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 23 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 24 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 25 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 26 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 27 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.May

Allowable Costs. 27 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-87 or as approved by 25 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 2016 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 4 2014 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 202020172015, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 19 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 20 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 21 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 22 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 23 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 24 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 9 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 10 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 11 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 12 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 13 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 14 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 15 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 4 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 5 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 6 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 7 or as approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 8 pay CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 9 CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 2014, June 2015, and June in 2016, 2016 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of 10 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 10 20.2.1 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay 11 CONTRACTOR 23 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by 12 CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as 13 approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay 14 CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated expenditure.CONTRACTOR

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May 21 and June in 20162012, 20172013, 2018, 2019, and 202020142015, during the month 28 of such anticipated 22 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 26 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 27 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 28 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 2 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 3 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 4 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 20 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 21 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 23 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 24 months of May and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 25 of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 14 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 15 2015, June 2016, and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of such anticipated 16 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 11 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 12 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 13 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 14 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 15 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 16 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 17 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 23 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 24 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 25 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 26 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 27 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May 28 and June in 20162012, 2017, 2018, 20192013, and 20202014 2015, during the month 28 of such anticipated 1 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 8 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 monthly 9 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 pursuant to this 10 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 25 11 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 for 12 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May and 13 June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202020June 2021, during the month 28 of such anticipated 14 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 20 or as approved by 25 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 21 pay CONTRACTOR 26 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 22 CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 2017, 2014, June 2015 and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 28 of 23 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 26 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 23 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 24 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 25 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 26 2 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 27 months of May June 3 2013, June 2014, and June in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 20202015, during the month 28 of such anticipated 4 expenditure.
