Common use of Allowable Costs Clause in Contracts

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 22 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 23 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 20 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 21 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 22 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 28 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 1 2018, June 2019, and June 20152010, during the month of such anticipated 2 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 25 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 26 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 27 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 28 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 1 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 2 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 3 expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 28 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 1 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 2 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 2 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 3 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 4 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 21 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 22 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 23 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 24 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 25 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 26 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 27 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 19 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 20 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 21 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 22 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 23 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 15 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 201516 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 19 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 20 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 21 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 23 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 24 and June 2012, 2013, and 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 25 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 19 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 20 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 21 or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 22 pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.2017

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 14 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 15 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 16 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 26 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 27 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 28 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 2 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 3 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 4 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or A-87 as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred or may by [2 CFR, Part 230] CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 2015of each County fiscal year covered by this Agreement, July 1 through June 30, the applicable contract year, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 1 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 2 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 3 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 4 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 5 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 6 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 7 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 19 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 201520 2018, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 22 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 23 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 24 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 2 CFR, Part 230 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 1 or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 2 pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 3 CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 2015 2018, June 2016 2019, and June 20152017 2010, during the 4 month of such anticipated expenditure. 5 20.4 Claims: 20.4.1

Allowable Costs. 16 27 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-87 or as approved by 19 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 2016 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 4 2014 and June 201520172015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 1 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 2 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 3 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 4 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 5 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 6 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 15 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 20 and June 2012, 2013, 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 21 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 7 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 8 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 9 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 10 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 11 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 12 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 13 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 2 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 3 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 4 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-87 or as approved by 19 5 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.2014 2016

Allowable Costs. 16 4 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 5 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 6 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 7 or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 8 pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 9 CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 2014, June 2015, and June 20152016 2017, during the month of 10 such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 9 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 10 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 11 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 12 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 13 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 14 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 15 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 3 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 4 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 5 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 6 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 20157 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 11 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 12 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 13 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 14 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 15 2015, June 2016, and June 20152017, during the month of such anticipated 16 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 11 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 12 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 13 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 14 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 15 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 16 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 17 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 10 20.2.1 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay 11 CONTRACTOR 17 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by 12 CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as 13 approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay 14 CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.CONTRACTOR

Allowable Costs. 16 23 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 24 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 25 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 26 or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 27 pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 28 CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 2017 2014, June 2015 and June 20152016, during the month of 1 such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 24 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 25 2012 and June 20152013, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 28 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 1 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 2 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 3 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 4 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 5 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 3 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 4 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 5 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 6 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 7 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 20158 2014, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 26 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 27 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 28 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 1 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 2 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 3 2013, June 2014, and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated 4 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 20 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 21 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 22 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 23 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 24 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 25 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 26 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 8 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 9 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 10 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 11 200, or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole 12 discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be 13 incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 20162019, June 20172020 and June 201520182021, 14 during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 23 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 24 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 25 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 26 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 27 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 28 and June 2012, 2013, and 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 1 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 8 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 9 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 10 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 11 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 12 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 13 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 14 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 18 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 19 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 20 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 21 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 22 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 23 and June 2012, 2013, and 2014 2015, during the month of such anticipated 24 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 26 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 27 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 28 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 1 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 2 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 3 of such anticipated expenditure.

However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 22 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the 23 months of May 21 and June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, during the month 24 of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 12 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 13 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 14 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 Title 48 CFR Section 31.2 or as 15 approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay 16 CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR 17 for May 21 and June 20152015 2016, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 20 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 21 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 23 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 24 2016, June 2017 and June 20152018, during the month of such anticipated 25 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 15 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 16 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 17 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 19 18 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 19 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 201520 2018, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 23 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 24 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 25 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 or as approved by 19 26 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 27 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 2015, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.May

Allowable Costs. 16 24 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 25 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 26 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 or as approved by 19 27 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 28 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for May 21 and June 20151 2017, during the month of such anticipated expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 19 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 monthly 20 in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 pursuant to this 21 Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 A-122Title 2 CFR Part 200, or as approved by 19 22 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may pay CONTRACTOR 20 for 23 anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by CONTRACTOR for the months of May 21 and 24 June 2015in 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020June 2021, during the month of such anticipated 25 expenditure.

Allowable Costs. 16 17 During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 17 18 monthly in arrears, for actual allowable costs incurred and paid by CONTRACTOR 18 19 pursuant to this Agreement, as defined in OMB Circular A-122 2 CFR, Part 230 20 or as approved by 19 ADMINISTRATOR. However, COUNTY, in its sole discretion, may 21 pay CONTRACTOR 20 for anticipated allowable costs that will be incurred by 22 CONTRACTOR for May 21 June 2017, 2014, June 2015 and June 20152016, during the month of 23 such anticipated expenditure.
