FEDERAL ASSURANCES. Grantee further certifies that, to the extent Federal Assurances are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Grantee has reviewed the Federal Assurances and that Grantee is in compliance with all requirements.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. Contractor certifies that, to the extent federal assurances are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Contractor has reviewed the federal assurances and that Contractor is in compliance with all requirements.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. Performing Agency certifies that, to the extent federal assurances are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Performing Agency has reviewed the federal assurances and that Performing Agency is in compliance with all requirements.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. Local Government further certifies that, to the extent Federal Assurances are incorporated into the Contract under the Signature Document, the Federal Assurances have been reviewed and that Local Government is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. Expert further certifies that the Federal Assurances that are incorporated into the Contract as Attachment A, have been reviewed and that Expert is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected in the Assurances.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. It is further agreed that by signing this Agreement, the Grantee is subject to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990, the Age Discrimination Act of 1975, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and offers all persons the opportunity to participate in programs or activities regardless of race, color, national origin, age, sex, or disability. Further, it is agreed that no individual will be turned away from or otherwise denied access to or benefit from any program or activity that is directly associated with a program of CDFW on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, sex (in education activities) or disability.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. To the extent that they are applicable, Contractor further certifies that the Federal Assurances in Exhibit I have been reviewed and that Contractor is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein. Contractor must execute the forms included in Exhibit I.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. BVFB further certifies that the Federal Assurances set forth in Exhibit E of this AGREEMENT, which is attached and incorporated by reference, have been reviewed and that BVFB is in compliance with each of the requirements reflected therein.
FEDERAL ASSURANCES. The Applicant shall execute and comply with the Federal Funding Accountability and Transparency Act requirements, attached as Attachment E; the Assurances - Non-Construction Programs requirements, attached as Attachment F; and the Assurances - Construction Programs requirements, attached as Attachment G.
