Allocation Among Partners. Except as provided in Section 4.2 below, each Partner shall share Partnership items of costs, expenditures, deductions (other than depletion), credits, income, revenues, gain, loss, and distributions allocated, charged, or credited to the Partners hereunder in accordance with the proportion that the Sharing Ratio of such Investor Partner bears to the aggregate Sharing Ratios of all Partners.
