Allmerica. subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, authorizes and appoints each General Agent to solicit applications for the sale of Contracts. Each General Agent accepts this appointment and each General Agent and the Broker-Dealer agree to the terms and conditions set forth below.
