Common use of Alliance Managers Clause in Contracts

Alliance Managers. Each Party shall designate in writing within [***] days after signing an “Alliance Manager” to be the primary contact for such Party. The Alliance Manager shall be responsible for managing communications between the Parties with respect to a Research Program, including responsibility for scheduling teleconferences and coordinating Research Committee meetings.

A Party may replace its Alliance Manager at any time upon written notice to the other Party. The Alliance Manager shall be responsible for managing communications day-to-day, operational contacts between the Parties with respect to a Research Programthe activities conducted pursuant to this Agreement, including responsibility for scheduling teleconferences and coordinating Research they shall be allowed to attend Committee meetingsmeetings as non-voting observers.
