Common use of Alliance Manager Clause in Contracts

Alliance Manager. Promptly after the Effective Date, each Party will appoint an individual to act as the alliance manager for such Party (each, an “Alliance Manager”). The Alliance Managers will (a) be the primary point of contact for the Parties regarding the activities under this Agreement and will help facilitate all such activities hereunder, and (b) be responsible for facilitating the flow of information and otherwise promoting communication and coordination between the Parties.
