  • Questions After submission of the Final Reports, and only during the Retention Period (as defined in Section 6.1), the Asset Representations Reviewer shall respond to reasonable questions about its Asset Representations Review findings or reports. All questions must be directed to the Asset Representations Reviewer by the Sponsor or the Trust in writing, and in a reasonable format and frequency. If an investor contacts the Asset Representations Reviewer directly, the Asset Representations Reviewer shall direct the investor to contact the Servicer and shall inform the Sponsor of any questions. The Asset Representations Reviewer’s responses, if any, shall be in written form and provided to the Sponsor and the Servicer.

  • D&O Questionnaires To the Company’s knowledge, all information contained in the questionnaires completed by each of the Company’s directors and officers immediately prior to the Offering as well as in the Lock-Up Agreement provided to the Underwriters is true and correct in all respects and the Company has not become aware of any information which would cause the information disclosed in such questionnaires become inaccurate and incorrect.
