All Other Sites. The use of volunteers to perform bargaining unit work, as covered by this agreement, shall not be expanded beyond the extent of existing practice as of January 1, 2000. Effective January 1, 2000, the Hospital shall submit to the Union figures indicating the number of volunteers as of January 1, 2000. Thereafter, the Hospital shall submit to the Union, at three (3) month intervals, the number of volunteers for the current month and the number of hours worked and the duties performed.
All Other Sites. All extra duty stipend positions will be assigned for one year only. The incumbent has the option to reapply for the position. 8.5 At the end of each extra-duty stipend assignment, evaluation by the stipend supervisor will take place according to the following timelines: 8.5.1 All coaches will be evaluated within 20 days following the end of their season, or for spring sports, by the last day of the school year. 8.5.2 Athletic Director, Activities Director, Academic Coach, and Department Heads will be evaluated by April 15th. 8.5.3 All other extra-duty stipend assignments will be evaluated by the end of the school year at the site where the assignment takes place. 8.5.4 Evaluations generated prior to the completion of the stipend responsibilities may require a re-evaluation, if there is a change in performance. 8.6 An administrator's decision regarding an applicant's qualifications, the final selection, and subsequent evaluation will not be subject to the Grievance Procedures. However, all personnel selections are subject to Board approval. 8.7 An administrator may realign site stipend positions to meet changing needs and circumstances providing the following criteria have been met: 8.7.1 the stipend percentages for specific listed positions shall not be changed; 8.7.2 the realignment remains within the annual amount budgeted for stipends at that site (subject to #5); 8.7.3 the realignment is site specific; 8.7.4 if an additional position already on the Master Stipend Position List becomes available through realignment, it must be flown; 8.7.5 any site realignment must have prior approval of the Superintendent/designee. 8.8 All extra-duty stipend positions will be reviewed annually by the Superintendent/designee. The Superintendent/designee will determine the need for positions based on current needs and availability of funds. The following assignments have been identified as extra-duty stipend positions. Authorized positions will be filled on a voluntary basis. 8.8.1 Sports stipends will be paid monthly during season months as defined by 8.8.3. Academic stipends will be paid monthly during the academic year.

  • Visits and Inspections The Parent and the Borrower shall, and shall cause each Subsidiary to, permit representatives or agents of any Lender or the Agent, from time to time after reasonable prior notice if no Event of Default shall be in existence, as often as may be reasonably requested, but only during normal business hours and at the expense of such Lender or the Agent (unless a Default or Event of Default shall exist, in which case the exercise by the Agent or such Lender of its rights under this Section shall be at the expense of the Borrower), as the case may be, to: (a) visit and inspect all properties of the Parent, the Borrower or such Subsidiary to the extent any such right to visit or inspect is within the control of such Person; (b) inspect and make extracts from their respective books and records, including but not limited to management letters prepared by independent accountants; and (c) discuss with its officers and employees, and its independent accountants, its business, properties, condition (financial or otherwise), results of operations and performance. If requested by the Agent, the Parent and the Borrower shall execute an authorization letter addressed to its accountants authorizing the Agent or any Lender to discuss the financial affairs of the Parent and any Subsidiary with its accountants.

  • Audits and Inspections At any time during normal business hours and as often as the City may deem necessary, Service Provider shall make available to the City for the City’s examination all of Service Provider’s records and documents with respect to all matters covered by this Agreement and, furthermore, Service Provider will permit the City to audit, examine and make copies, excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, payrolls, records of personnel, conditions of employment and other data relating to all matters covered by this Agreement.

  • Books and Records; Inspection Rights The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, keep proper books of record and account in which full, true and correct entries are made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities. The Borrower will, and will cause each of its Subsidiaries to, permit any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or any Lender, upon reasonable prior notice, to visit and inspect its properties, to examine and make extracts from its books and records, and to discuss its affairs, finances and condition with its officers and independent accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as reasonably requested.
