All Other Individuals. The School District shall grant a leave of up to one (1) day per occurrence for the death of someone other than a family member defined above. If pay is provided, days shall be deducted from accrued sick leave, personal leave or vacation at the employee’s discretion. Additional days with or without pay may be granted at the discretion of the coordinator of Human Resources.
