Common use of Alcohol and Other Drugs Clause in Contracts

Alcohol and Other Drugs. All students are required to abide by Massachusetts State law, city ordinances, and MCPHS policies regarding alcohol. Illegal drugs, substances, and paraphernalia are prohibited on MCPHS property including in MCPHS housing facilities. Any violation identified will result in confiscation and disciplinary action. For details on MCPHS’s alcohol and other drug policy, and response to violations, please refer to the Student Handbook. Note: Requests for possession and/or consumption of alcohol by students of legal age who live in the Emmanuel Residence Hall must be approved by the Office of Residential Living and Learning.
