Common use of Alarm System Clause in Contracts

Alarm System. Xxxxxx agrees that they have been instructed in the setting and use of the security alarm system. If Board Member or Office personnel are contacted by the Alarm Monitoring company to come to the facility to reset alarm system while event is in progress Renter will forfeit Security Deposit. EVENT INFORMATION: The Association hereby agrees to rent and make available the Community Center Building to Renter as follows: EVENT NAME / PURPOSE: EVENT DATE: EVENT START / END TIMES: RENTAL FEES, DEPOSITS, CANCELLATION, ETC.: The following fees shall apply for the rental of the Community Center Building (check appropriate): $1.000.00 Security Deposit $2,500.00 Rental Fee Non-Alcohol Event Insurance Certificate Alcohol Event Insurance Certificate The security deposit paid by the renter shall be paid to hold the event date to the exclusion of others and to be applied towards any loss or damage that may occur to the Community Center Building and the surrounding areas.
