Common use of Alarm System Clause in Contracts

Alarm System. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that they have been instructed in the setting and use of the security alarm system. If Board Member or Office personnel are contacted by the Alarm Monitoring company to come to the facility to reset alarm system while event is in progress Renter will forfeit Security Deposit. $500.00 Security Deposit $1,000.00 Rental Fee
