Common use of AIRPORT RESTRICTION Clause in Contracts

AIRPORT RESTRICTION. If the Borough’s operation of the Airport by action of the Federal Government, or any department or agency thereof, or by the State of Alaska, or any agency thereof, is materially restricted for a period of not less than sixty (60) days, the Borough may terminate this Sublease immediately and exercise all rights of entry and reentry upon the Sublease Premises.
