Common use of Aircraft Delivery Schedule Clause in Contracts

Aircraft Delivery Schedule. 1.1 The scheduled delivery position of the Aircraft, as of the date of this Letter Agreement is listed in Table 1 of the Purchase Agreement and provides the delivery schedule in three month delivery windows (Three Month Delivery Window) consisting of a nominal delivery month (Nominal Delivery Month) plus and minus one month.
