AI Features. From time to time, Wiz may make available certain functionalities that allow Customer to utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies through the Platform in connection with the Servicesprocessing of Customer Data (the “AI Features”). Customer’s use of such AI Features is optional. If Customer elects to use AI Features, Customer Data will not be used to train or improve third- party foundation models without Customer’s prior written consent. Customer or its Permitted Users may provide input, including Customer Data, for use with the AI Features (“AI Input”) and receive output generated and returned by the AI Features based on the AI Input (“AI Output”). Other customers providing similar AI Input to the Al Features may receive the same or similar AI Output. Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer is responsible for reviewing and validating AI Output for its needs and technical environment before electing to use AI Output. Customer agrees to comply with any applicable AI Feature restrictions described in the Documentation. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CONTRARY PROVISION HEREIN, WIZ DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE AI OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
AI Features. For any or all AI based features Customer chooses to enable, open, allow, use, request, approve, or instructs Quali to use, Quali may use OpenAI products and services, including, ChatGPT 3.5 API (“OpenAI”) and other similar third-party vendors, to provide Customer with certain AI features, including, generative AI (collectively, the "AI Features"). Customer acknowledges and agrees that the use of OpenAI is subject to OpenAI’s applicable terms and policies, including, without limitation, the Terms of Use, which can be found here and the Usage Polices. Quali encourages Customer to become familiar with such terms and policies before Customer uses any of the OpenAI AI Features. Customer understands and acknowledges that Quali provides AI Features on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, and that Quali makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, integrity, lawfulness, title or infringement, functionality or intellectual property rights of, or relating to, the text, data, output, or suitability of OpenAI and associated AI Features for Customer's particular needs (including, without limitation, to rely on recommendations and/or tips). Customer assumes all risks associated with the use of the AI Features. Customer acknowledges that any text or output may not be unique, and that other individuals or companies may generate the same or similar text or output via AI Features and that the output may derive from a variety of sources. For those AI Features used by Customer or instructed by Customer for Quali to use, including to input, create, rewrite and/or share text, logs, content or any other information, to the maximum extent permitted by law, Customer represents, acknowledges and understands that Customer has all the necessary permissions and rights to do so, and that Customer has not and will not infringe, misappropriate or violate third party rights (including, without limitation, intellectual property rights, and proprietary or privacy rights) and/or applicable law. By using the AI Features, Customer hereby grants Quali a worldwide, irrevocable, non- exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable and transferable license to use, process, reproduce, distribute, adapt, transform, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform text (both the input and the output) in order to provide and improve Quali products and services. AI Features. As part of the Services, GoodData may provide access to certain tools and functionalities that utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, or comparable technologies (“AI Features”). These features are made available as part of the Artificial Intelligence Module, and may also be available with other Modules, in accordance with the Product Specific Terms.
AI Features. From time to time, FINSYNC may introduce features and capabilities as part of the Services that utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies (the “AI Features”). User may upload information, including User Data and User Content (collectively, “Input”), and receive output generated by the AI Features based on the Input (“Output”, and together with Input, the “AI Content”). User is solely responsible for the Input and for ensuring that the AI Content complies with Applicable Laws, these AI Terms, and the Agreement.
AI Features. The Services include an Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) driven authoring tool for creating customer delivered courses. The Customer’s use of said feature is governed by Appendix A of this Agreement (available at: ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/talentcraft-ai-terms), which is incorporated herein by this reference and forms an integral part hereof.
AI Features. Company may use Microsoft Azure OpenAI and other artificial intelligence associated features tools and services, including, without limitation, generative AI to provide Customer with certain AI-based features such as support ticket summaries, suggested solutions, and scripts (collectively, the “AI Features―). Customer acknowledges and agrees that the use of the AI Features is subject to applicable terms and policies, including without limitation, the content requirements set forth in the Code of Conduct for Azure OpenAI Service. Company and/or its generative AI related sub-processors, may monitor your use of the AI Features in order to monitor and/or prevent and/or debug abusive, unlawful, harmful or unauthorized uses. Customer understands and acknowledge that AI Features that Company uses or may use in the future are provided on an “AS-IS― and “AS-AVAILABLE― basis, without warranties of any kind, and that Company does not make representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, usefulness, integrity, lawfulness, title or infringement, functionality or intellectual property rights of, or relating to, the text, data, output, or suitability of AI Features for Customer’s particular needs.   • Additional Features Additional Features are invoiced at the start of the first Contract Year following the Contract Year in which such Additional Features are activated.
